I am happy to say that I am one of the lucky ones who gets to work with his wife. My wife, Paula, and I work together at every wedding. I am the primary shooter, while Paula acts as my secondary shooter working areas and vantage points that I am not able to cover. Her primary role, however, is to keep us on schedule.  She is my co-ordinator who will work with you to make sure that we know the times, names, places, and any other important details of your wedding.  I will usually travel with a photo assistant to help me with equipment and lighting.
